Born in Berlin, grew up in Hamburg, studied transport planning in Berlin, Loughborough und London, I now live in Newport (Gwent) and work as a Planning Manager with Sewta.

In the 1990s for some time I used to be a councillor for Die Grünen (German Green Party) in Altona (a borough of Hamburg).

Consequently I mainly add things on public transport and politics (and of course transport policy), both in the English and in the German editions of Wikipedia.
