How does the reference to the subject court case have any relationship to the assertion for which it is being used as a reference? There is absolutely none. Mental illness or personality disorder?[edit]

Focusing attention on and rejecting the extreme idea of homosexuality as "mental illness," the likelihood that the condition has a psychological cause of a less serious nature is ignored.
