Delete or Cleanup: the person is real, and seems to have some notability. However, the current article is heavily POV, and not usable. Delete unless cleaned up significantly. -- Chris 73 Talk 01:52, Oct 1, 2004 (UTC)
Delete. Someone building a towering facade of frothing lunacy about someone doesn't make them notable. I wouldn't trust the current article as far as I can throw Greenland, so if he is remotely notable (52 google hits for "Frank X Ford" isn't great) you are better of starting from scratch.
