Clearly this is a vanity page "muppetcentral.com" is an inconsequential website with low traffic, alexa ranking in the 74,000's. Phillip Chapman is not a notable individual. --tdell 216.218.244.6 14:59, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)

There is no policy that says that anons can't vote or that their votes don't count. Admins can, however, discount anon votes if there is "strong evidence of bad faith". For the relevant policy see: Wikipedia:Deletion guidelines for administrators. Also, it is helpful to keep in mind that decisions are made in Wikipedia by "rough consensus". • Delete. I like the concept of userfy for autobiographies, but it needs the contributor to have created an account, and in this case they don't seem to have done that. Andrewa 20:38, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)
